About the Team (Supply Chain Strategy)
Supply Chain Strategy is a strategy and analytics team that partners across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Product, Real Estate, and Program Management to shape network decisions and investment priorities.What you’ll do
- Set long-term network strategy and asset needs for Perishable First Mile consolidation.
- Translate long-range plans into sequenced asset plans (new, expansions, exits).
- Lead scenario modeling to inform network design and investment decisions.
- Drive CapEx approvals through governance forums with clear, decision-ready materials.
- Build business cases for network transformations and individual assets in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Lead stakeholder alignment to ensure solutions are feasible, value-accretive, and executable.
- Manage and develop a team of 3 data scientists.
- Create and leverage AI agents to accelerate analysis, benchmarking, and strategy content development.
What you’ll bring
- Proven leadership in strategy, analytics/data science, and cross-functional execution.
- Experience with network design, scenario modeling, and investment/business case development.
- Strong financial acumen and comfort driving governance and CapEx approval processes.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align teams around clear recommendations.
- People leadership experience, including coaching and developing technical talent.
- Practical experience applying AI tools/agents to improve speed and quality of analytical work.

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00 - $320,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 7years' experience in an analytics related field. Option 2: Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science,
Information Technology or related field and 5 years' experience in an analytics related field. Option 3: 9 years' experience in an analytics or related
field.
3 years' supervisory experience.
