In this role, you’ll be at the heart of innovation, influencing both strategy and execution for our Central Fill operations.
What you'll do...
What You’ll Do- Lead and execute multiple projects and programs to improve operational efficiency and service delivery
- Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and business plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive results
- Identify and implement process improvements for sustainable growth
- Mentor and develop associates, fostering a culture of excellence and belonging
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Technology, Supply Chain, or related field
- 4+ years in retail, production, or operations management (healthcare or retail preferred)
- 1+ year of supervisory experience and proven operations leadership
- Strong project management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and a self-starter mindset
- Agility & Prioritization: comfortable navigating fast-paced, complex environments to simplify processes, focus on what matters most, and deliver impactful results
- Critical Thinking & Curiosity: Skilled at asking thoughtful, probing questions that keep associates and customers at the center, while challenging conventional norms when necessary

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
