The (USA) Associate Merchant supports category management by facilitating supplier negotiations, managing purchase orders, and resolving supplier-related issues to ensure accurate product setup across channels. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to execute customer communication programs, optimize search results, and implement promotional strategies. Utilizing data analysis and financial tracking, the Associate Merchant contributes to forecasting and budgeting efforts while supporting modular assortment and pricing decisions. The position requires strong vendor relationship management and strategic insight to drive category performance and deliver value aligned with organizational goals.

What you'll do...

• Support merchants in supplier negotiations and manage purchase orders for assigned categories.
• Assist with supplier issue resolution and facilitate new supplier setup for stores and online channels.
• Execute customer communication and education programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain product page content accuracy and apply taxonomy guidelines to optimize search results.
• Analyze category performance data to support budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting.
• Implement approved feature proposals and modular assortment strategies across channels.
• Collaborate with planners and vendors to align inventory and financial plans with business objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
