Position Summary...
The Group Director, People, leads the development and execution of strategic people initiatives that align with business objectives and drive organizational success. The team comprises People Business Partners supporting Global Technology and Product functions. They align human resources strategies with business objectives, focusing on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational change. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, they implement project management practices and ensure policy compliance. The team emphasizes strategic planning, succession planning, and performance management to drive continuous development. Leveraging strong business acumen and leadership, they foster a high-performing environment that advances operational excellence and supports the company’s global goals across multiple functions.
What you'll do...
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop and implement People strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment and addressing People-related impacts across functions.
- Design and execute talent management strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition.
- Oversee performance management processes to identify strengths and development needs, driving business unit performance.
- Direct implementation of People practices, systems, and policies, monitoring effectiveness and resolving issues.
- Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders to support business objectives and associate engagement.
- Support mentorship and workforce development to cultivate a skilled and engaged workforce.

- Proven leadership experience in developing and executing strategic people and talent management plans aligned with business objectives.
- Expertise in workforce planning, succession planning, and talent strategy to address current and future organizational needs.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze forecasts, costs, and operational processes to drive performance improvements.

BENTONVILLE, Arkansas US-10929: The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00 - $320,000.00
Seattle, Washington US-11573: The annual salary range for this position is $192,000.00 - $384,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
