The creative team behind Member’s Mark consists of skilled designers and art directors dedicated to bringing the brand to life through packaging, storytelling, and visual identity. This team transforms everyday products into engaging member experiences by balancing strategy, creativity, and commerce. They lead creative asset development, manage visual branding across multiple channels, and collaborate closely with marketing and business partners to ensure alignment. Focused on innovation and quality, the team drives business growth while maintaining high standards and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
What you'll do:
  • Lead creative asset development across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and brand standards.
  • Review and interpret creative briefs to guide project execution and maintain brand consistency across channels.
  • Manage visual branding for digital, print, video, and packaging materials, advancing the brand voice through innovative content.
  • Oversee project management, including budgeting, resource allocation, and collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Coach and mentor team members, fostering skill development and performance improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and implementing contingency plans to address challenges.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience leading creative asset development and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong expertise in reviewing and interpreting creative briefs to align with marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage visual branding across all member touchpoints including digital and print.
  • Skilled in executing innovative creative strategies informed by industry trends and business needs.
  • Effective project management capabilities, including budget oversight and team leadership.
  • Proficient in collaboration with internal teams and external agency partners to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members, fostering professional growth and performance improvement.
  • Competence in contingency planning and adaptability to changing business priorities.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
