What you'll do...
Role summary:The (USA) Manager, Facilities Management, oversees facility operations to ensure efficient maintenance, safety, and compliance with environmental standards. This role involves supervising associates, managing vendor relationships, coordinating proactive maintenance, and leading emergency response efforts. The manager is responsible for budget planning, cost control, and project oversight to support operational goals. By fostering collaboration across teams and driving continuous improvement, this position ensures optimal facility performance and supports the company’s commitment to operational excellence and sustainability.
About the team:
The Facilities Management team oversees the maintenance, operation, and lifecycle management of distributed power-generating assets and electrical infrastructure across the enterprise. The team coordinates proactive maintenance, vendor management, and compliance activities to ensure reliable and efficient facility operations. Members collaborate closely to implement recovery plans, manage budgets, and support environmental compliance. They focus on continuous improvement, effective communication, and operational excellence to maintain asset performance and support business objectives. This team plays a critical role in sustaining infrastructure integrity and enabling seamless enterprise-wide power and facility management.
What you'll do:
- Lead maintenance, operation, and lifecycle management of distributed power-generating assets supporting enterprise resilience programs
- Manage environmental, federal, and utility compliance and reporting for on-site generation assets
- Develop and oversee maintenance, monitoring, and demand-response programs for generators and distributed energy systems
- Plan and manage budgets, cost controls, and reporting.
- Establish and manage service contracts and SLAs for generator maintenance vendors, ensuring QA/QC and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate responses to code violations and inspections impacting power-generation and electrical infrastructure assets
- Mitigate operational and regulatory risk associated with power-generation assets through cross-functional legal and technical collaboration
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure reliable operation, restoration readiness, and performance of power-generation assets
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in facilities management, including maintenance coordination and vendor management.
- Strong ability to develop and implement proactive maintenance and recovery plans for emergency situations.
- Knowledge of generator control systems and advanced programming for energy savings and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated skills in budget development, cost management, and financial planning for maintenance and capital expenditures.
- Effective leadership capabilities in supervising, training, and mentoring associates to achieve performance goals.
- Ability to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations within facility operations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build relationships with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred, but not required.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
