Position Summary...
This position will be managing the transformation of the store Features experience and Features Application leveraging design thinking and AI tools.About Team:

What you'll do...
- Leverage cutting edge AI tools to expedite workflows as force multipliers.
- Build business cases and strategic plans for new initiatives.
- Evangelize new initiatives with cross functional teams and leadership.
- Leverage User-centric design in business requirements documentation including user journey mapping.
- Oversee business requirements handoff ceremonies to Product, Design and Tech.
- Handle overall program management for the launch of new initiatives to stores.
- Create and manage to measurement plans for each of their projects to track business outcomes and pivot where needed.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and blockers to leadership.
What you'll bring:
- Experience launching software and/or hardware technology products to a large user base.
- Discernment on how to push a project forward across many stakeholders while maintaining positive relationships, without losing momentum.
- Advanced storytelling to distill complex technical concepts into succinct stories that can bring all cross functional team members along for the journey.
- Strong presentation skills to evangelize projects to all levels of leadership and Store Associates.
- High aptitude for code switching to put every Associate at ease and meet them where they are from a communication perspective.
- Deep understanding of how software is designed, developed, released and tested.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
