What you'll do...
- Lead long-term financial planning by collaborating with departments to align financial targets with corporate goals and assess associated risks.
- Partner with senior management to analyze business performance, identify gaps, and provide insights on budgets, trends, and forecasts.
- Manage control structures to mitigate financial misstatement risks and enhance transparency in financial reporting systems.
- Develop complex financial models and prepare presentations to support strategic business decisions and communicate variances to leadership.
- Oversee global financial consolidation, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies with operational teams.
- Drive business strategy by analyzing costs, forecasts, and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and management, including financial modeling and forecasting.
- Proven ability to develop and communicate long-term financial strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, variance analysis, and financial statement review to support business performance.
- Demonstrated skill in risk assessment and implementation of control structures to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive informed financial decisions.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
