What you’ll Do…
- Lead property management strategy across an operating portfolio, identifying opportunities to improve site performance, enhance asset value, and drive revenue
- Direct realty portfolio performance and special projects by mitigating risk and overseeing team with obtaining third party approvals to allow projects to maintain schedules and budgets across initiatives
- Coach and support team members in researching, reviewing, and interpreting legal documents (leases, easements, agreements, contracts, etc.)
- Guide the team in identifying responsibilities, obligations, and potential exposures within legal documents and translate those into clear business impacts, risks, and recommendations
- Partner with Legal and cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent interpretation and alignment
- Develop and present strategies to senior leadership and officer-level committees to maximize value of real estate assets
- Lead negotiations and partnerships with third parties, government officials, and community groups to support portfolio growth and company reputation
What You'll Bring…
- Expertise in commercial real estate, especially portfolio and property management but additionally lease negotiations, acquisitions/dispositions, and asset optimization strategies
- Ability to influence senior leadership and gain buy-in across internal stakeholders, executive committees, and external partners
- Legal background, including reading, interpreting, and advising on provisions found in various legal real estate documents
- Strong negotiation skills with experience working with landlords, developers, and third-party partners
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with government entities, community organizations, and business partner
- Leadership capabilities in developing talent, building high-performing teams, and driving workforce engagement and succession planning
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align real estate decisions to broader business objectives and customer needs
- Commitment to fostering a culture of integrity, ethics, and continuous improvement

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
