Role Summary
Relocation to Bentonville, AR is required. The Project Manager (Talent Acquisition) is an execution-focused professional responsible for driving recruiting and TA projects from intake through delivery with accuracy, consistency, and strong process discipline. Partnering with hiring managers, recruiters, and People Partners, you’ll manage timelines, coordinate workstreams, and ensure recruiting deliverables land on schedule. Success is measured at the requisition, initiative, or project level—through predictable delivery, clear communication, and operational excellence.What you’ll do
Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management- Build strong working relationships through responsiveness, follow-through, and reliable execution.
- Facilitate structured intake discussions to confirm hiring needs, scope, timelines, and expectations.
- Provide clear, regular status updates on hiring progress and recruiting initiatives.
- Identify and escalate risks (timeline, stakeholder availability, sourcing capacity, process gaps) with mitigation recommendations.
- Manage recruiting projects such as hiring waves/blitzes, pipeline build efforts, process improvements, and operational rollouts.
- Create and maintain project plans with milestones, dependencies, owners, and delivery dates.
- Track action items and drive follow-through across recruiting workstreams.
- Document outcomes, risks, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
- Apply foundational PM practices: planning, execution tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate execution across recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to deliver against defined hiring plans.
- Track requisition progress against approved headcount targets and required timelines.
- Monitor pipeline health; flag gaps or delays that could impact delivery.
- Help prioritize recruiting work based on urgency, capacity, and business needs.
- Coordinate structured interview processes aligned to defined steps, rubrics, and timelines.
- Manage interview scheduling logistics and panel coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- Ensure interview feedback is captured accurately and within required timelines.
- Support seamless handoffs between recruiting, hiring managers, and downstream processes.
- Support a positive candidate experience through timely communication, clear expectations, and efficient process flow.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and remove process delays that impact the candidate journey.
- Partner with recruiters to improve transparency and consistency.
- Maintain accurate ATS and recruiting system data to support reporting and project tracking.
- Track recruiting KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, time-to-offer, milestone completion) and highlight performance risks.
- Follow established compliance, documentation, and approval of workflows.
- Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and operational standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
