Position Summary...

The Director, Walmart+ Store and Associate Enablement will lead efforts to activate stores and associates to drive membership growth, engagement, and retention. This role connects in-store execution with digital experiences, ensuring stores and associates are equipped to drive omni growth by elevating awareness of Walmart+ and empowering associates to serve as membership ambassadors.
You will develop and scale strategies that increase awareness, expand benefit adoption, and strengthen acquisition and in-store engagement.

What you'll do...

  • Lead the in-store activation strategy to grow Walmart+ awareness, adoption and engagement
  • Partner with operations to scale programs, improve execution, and drive consistency
  • Equip associates to be Walmart+ ambassadors through training, tools, and incentives
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop targeted programs and materials that enable stores to promote Walmart+
  • Own Walmart+ messaging at major enterprise moments (YBM, Holiday, Associate Week) to drive alignment and execution
  • Ensure stores have clear, actionable data and insights to execute and drive accountability
  • Track key metrics, field feedback, and customer insights to identify opportunities, inform roadmaps and continuously improve programs
  • Oversee associate membership program
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area. 3 years’ supervisory experience.
