Focused on Walmart+ members, the team drives program execution, process improvements, and strategic initiatives to enhance member experiences and operational efficiency. Partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, it ensures alignment with business goals and supports informed decision-making. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Legal, or related field and 5 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 7 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.4 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
4 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
