The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

in workforce development, learning development, human resources, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in workforce development, learning
development, human resources, or related area.
3 years’ supervisory experience

What you'll do...
- Direct and prioritize talent planning portfolio, setting strategies, timelines, and deliverables to meet project goals.
- Oversee performance management and change management processes, ensuring adequate staffing, resource allocation, and budget adherence of the Talent planning team.
- Lead communication strategies by engaging stakeholders, providing project updates, and managing feedback throughout project lifecycles.
- Develop and implement talent attraction, retention, and development strategies in partnership with business leaders.
- Analyze business objectives and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and support resource planning.
- Foster a culture of integrity, coaching, and continuous learning to build high-performing teams and talent pipelines.
- Proven expertise in talent management, including talent planning, development, and strategic prioritization.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication strategies to engage and influence audiences.
- Ability to analyze business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement effective talent strategies.
- Skilled in driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of learning and accountability.
- Aptitude for building partnerships and networks to support business goals and talent initiatives.
