Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Program Management leads the execution of complex business initiatives by developing strategic plans, removing obstacles, and driving performance improvements. The Strategy & Enablement team drives the operating system for Workforce Intelligence & Insights, ensuring alignment, clarity, and consistent execution across teams and partners. This team leads strategy, prioritization, governance, and cross-functional planning while enabling adoption of tools, insights, and standards organization-wide. By managing business rhythms and enhancing storytelling, integration, and visibility, the team accelerates execution and reduces duplication. It fosters collaboration and effective communication to support decision-making and continuous improvement, playing a critical role in advancing Workforce Intelligence & Insights’ goals and delivering impactful results across the organization.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

What you'll do...
- Lead execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
- Supervise and develop associates through mentoring, training, and performance management to build a collaborative team environment.
- Partner with senior leaders to define goals, assess risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating processes, conducting gap analyses, and implementing best practices aligned with company strategy.
- Analyze program performance using key metrics, recommend adjustments, and influence cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Foster strong relationships across teams to support collaboration, effective communication, and successful program delivery.
- Extensive experience in program management with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business plans to successful completion.
- Strong decision-making skills supported by data analysis, performance measurement, and continuous process improvement.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management, removing obstacles, and adapting strategies to meet evolving business needs.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders and foster collaboration.
- Proven ability to mentor, develop, and motivate associates while establishing clear performance expectations.
