Position Summary...
In this role, you will report to the central Data Analytics team within Walmart Health and Wellness. As a Senior Manager, you will maintain up-to-date data subject expertise in your domain and serve as the primary point of contact for analytics in your assigned business segment. You will also support other analysts in their learning of business process, data analysis techniques, and driving a culture of best practices within H&W. You'll work on-site at our offices in Bentonville, AR.About Our Data Analytics Team

What you'll do...
- Embrace H&W data analytics culture and follow our culture of data quality, privacy, best practices and continuous learning to deliver trusted results, increase institutional knowledge, and improve your effectiveness as an analyst.
- Prepare certified data and metrics to be “AI-Ready” for consumption within AI Assistants and standardized reports used by executives and business leaders.
- Define, measure, and document metrics in SQL and leverage the H&W metric certification process to ensure repeatable data quality in the reports you generate.
- Analyze data using advanced SQL and publish results and insights into the H&W analytics library to influence business improvement projects and increase institutional data analytics knowledge
- Leverage AI Assistants and Agents to develop insights and experiments on H&W data to drive forward business improvements and innovation initiatives
- Apply structured problem-solving techniques (process diagrams, root cause analysis, DMAIC problem solving) to frame business problems and roadmaps that maximize value creation.
- Follow and lead others to follow H&W data analytics required practices in delivery of projects to efficiently deliver analytics results on time and of high-quality.
- Foster a culture of data use privacy and integrity by maintaining compliance to all data and analytics procedures and adhering to all data policies subject to Walmart H&W
- 5+ years experience in our data analytics domains (e.g., healthcare analytics, controlled experiments, strategic insights and reporting, customer loyalty, digital engagement, etc.)
- Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Applied Math/Statistics, Biostatistics, Industrial/Systems Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, or related fields in applied analysis
- 5+ years hands-on experience with advanced data analytics in SQL and/or Python
- 5+ years hands-on experience in data analytics and/or data science within healthcare
- Strength in communicating analysis results using data story-telling techniques

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 3: 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.1 year's supervisory experience.
