What you'll do...
Role summary:The Manager, Supply Planning leads the development and execution of replenishment strategies to optimize inventory flow and operational efficiency. This role leverages advanced data analysis and industry insights to inform decision-making, address supply challenges, and enhance supplier performance. Collaborating cross-functionally with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams, the manager drives continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring alignment with financial objectives. The position requires strong strategic acumen, financial management expertise, and effective stakeholder communication to support seamless supply chain operations and deliver value to the organization.
About the team:
The Supply Planning team collaborates closely with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate product delivery to distribution centers and clubs, maintaining optimal inventory levels. The team leverages data analysis and strategic decision-making to monitor supplier performance and address supply chain challenges. By coordinating with cross-functional partners, they drive operational efficiency and support replenishment planning. This team plays a vital role in sustaining product availability, enhancing supply chain processes, and contributing to overall business success through effective communication and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll do:
- Analyze merchandise sales data and industry trends to inform supply planning decisions and optimize inventory levels.
- Develop replenishment plans in collaboration with Merchandising, Finance, and Supply Chain partners to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor supplier performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions to maintain supply reliability.
- Leverage data analytics tools to identify root causes of supply issues and recommend process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align strategies and resolve supply chain challenges.
- Support financial planning by analyzing profit and loss impacts related to supply planning activities.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in supply chain planning and supplier performance management to optimize inventory and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data analysis tools and digital literacy for informed decision-making.
- Experience in financial management, including profit and loss analysis and budget coordination.
- Strategic acumen to interpret customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor data for actionable insights.
- Effective communication and business partnering skills to collaborate across functions and drive process improvements.
- Ability to develop replenishment plans and resolve supply issues through root cause analysis and stakeholder engagement.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
