- Manage leader calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient use of time and alignment with team priorities
- Handle incoming communications and requests, triaging and responding appropriately while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Support preparation for meetings by gathering materials, coordinating agendas, and tracking follow-ups to ensure timely execution
- Assist in planning and coordinating team meetings, off-sites, and sustainability-related events, including logistics, materials, and on-site support
- Coordinate external engagements by supporting scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation for speaking events, panels, and stakeholder meetings in partnership with internal teams (e.g., Corporate Communications)
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and assist with pre-travel preparation to ensure seamless execution of business activities
- Process expense reports, invoices, and time reporting in compliance with company policies and timelines
- Compile, maintain, and organize business and financial data; support reporting needs using established templates and tools
- Draft, proofread, and format communications, presentations, and documentation for leadership review and distribution
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, helping to facilitate information flow and resolve routine inquiries
- Build effective working relationships across the Sustainability team and with cross-functional partners to support team objectives
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information and business matters
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and support operational efficiency within the team
- Experience supporting leaders or teams in an administrative or coordination capacity
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and expense management systems
- Ability to work independently with limited guidance, while escalating issues appropriately
- Professionalism, discretion, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Interest in sustainability and alignment with Walmart’s purpose and values

The annual salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
