The Senior Manager, Photography role is a strategic leadership position that plays a critical role in scaling and elevating our US eCommerce business through world-class visual content.You’ll sweep us off our feet if:

You’ll make an impact by:
Leadership & Strategy
· Setting the creative photography vision aligned to brand standards and eCommerce business goals
· Establishing direction, priorities, and performance standards for photography across programs
· Driving brand consistency and elevating the end-to-end customer visual experience
· Anticipating industry trends and evolving photography strategies accordingly
· Supporting company mission, values, and ethical standards in all business practices
Operational Excellence & Delivery
· Overseeing photography output and ensuring consistent quality across all programs
· Owning team performance, output quality, and key business KPIs
· Establishing scalable workflows, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and throughput
· Driving continuous improvement across content production and asset management systems
Cross-Functional Influence
· Partnering with merchandising, marketing, product, and creative teams to align priorities
· Influencing senior stakeholders to drive alignment on creative direction and business outcomes
· Bringing forward insights, recommendations, and innovative solutions to improve content performance
Team Development & Capability Building
· Building, mentoring, and developing a high-performing photography team
· Creating a strong knowledge base of photography standards, tools, and best practices
· Fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous learning
· Adapting to evolving business needs and leading through organizational change
Problem Solving & Innovation
· Identifying and resolving systemic challenges across photography operations
· Leveraging data and insights to improve content quality and business impact

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
