The Senior Manager of Advanced Analytics – Emerging Formats is a critical thought-leader on the Merchandise Excellence team, responsible for driving the customer value proposition. What you'll do...
- Measure & monitor performance – Build best-in-class visibility and benchmarking against internal goals and external competitors to surface where we’re winning and where we’re not.
- Diagnose gaps – Uncover root causes behind performance gaps, quantify opportunities, and translate insights into clear, high-impact actions.
- Model scenarios – Lead “what-if” analyses that inform network design and business strategies, influencing how we scale for the future.
- Prototype solutions – Rapidly build and test new ideas, partnering with engine teams to turn prototypes into scalable, production-ready capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional delivery – Orchestrate across teams to turn strategy into execution, ensuring initiatives land and drive measurable business impact.
- Speed & agility – You operate with urgency in a fast-moving environment, rapidly shifting across priorities as business needs evolve.
- Extreme ownership – You lead with accountability for total format P&L performance, stepping beyond role boundaries to deliver outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
