The Global Payroll team ensures precise and timely processing of employee wages and benefits while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Specializing in payroll administration, tax calculations, and operational excellence, the team utilizes data management and root cause analysis to address issues efficiently. Collaborating across departments, the team drives continuous improvement and service quality to support organizational goals. What you'll do:
  • Manage and analyze global payroll data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across multiple systems.
  • Support payroll administration by maintaining records, resolving discrepancies, and applying regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance payroll efficiency and data integrity.
  • Utilize payroll systems and tools to generate reports, monitor key metrics, and support audit and compliance activities.
  • Assist in payroll tax calculations and documentation, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying root causes and proposing solutions to optimize payroll operations.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven expertise in payroll administration and payroll systems, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of data management principles, including data hierarchies, privacy, security, and documentation standards.
  • Experience with regulatory requirements related to payroll tax calculations and reporting for federal, state, and local jurisdictions.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve operational issues using root cause analysis and standard operating procedures.
  • Skilled in process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen or Six Sigma to enhance payroll and data workflows.
  • Proficient in managing stakeholder relationships and delivering quality service aligned with organizational goals.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills to meet service level agreements and deadlines.

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
