Position Summary...

The Manager, Project Management enables a high volume of projects by collaborating with stakeholders to develop and deliver effective solutions aligned with organizational goals. This role involves managing multiple aspects of each project including plans, schedules, costs, diligence, and reporting to ensure timely execution and achievement of objectives. The manager fosters strong relationships within the team and with stakeholders and partners, and promotes continuous improvement. Upholding company policies and ethical standards, this position drives operational excellence while maintaining a focus on customer and business needs within a dynamic environment.

About the team:
This Portfolio Management team is responsible for the leasing of commercial real estate sites, coordinating with brokers, legal, leadership, and partners to secure locations that align with business objectives. They manage site selection, leasing, and compliance with accuracy and transparency. Handling multiple projects concurrently, the team maintains detailed documentation and reporting. Their expertise in negotiation, project management, and real estate transactions ensures effective strategy execution supporting operational growth. Emphasizing collaboration and clear communication, the team drives successful outcomes across the depot portfolio while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and adhering to project management standards.

What you'll do...

  • Develop and maintain relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders to align on requirements and expectations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess costs, establish return on investment, and secure management approval for resources.
  • Create and execute communication plans detailing status updates, frequency, and distribution to relevant parties.
  • Manage multiple projects by developing and communicating project plans, schedules, and adhering to project management standards.
  • Monitor project budgets, milestones, and transitions, identifying changes and escalating as needed.
  • Support team development through mentoring, training, and providing recognition to promote high performance.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience managing multiple medium-scale projects or work streams with strong project management skills.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, including building and maintaining relationships with sponsors and key partners.
  • Ability to develop, communicate, and adhere to detailed project plans and schedules to meet objectives.
  • Strong communication skills to create effective communication plans and provide clear status updates.
  • Experience monitoring budgets, assessing costs, and ensuring resource allocation aligns with project goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
1 year’s experience working in cross-functional teams.
