The Sr. Manager, eCommerce Content Studio Programs role will play a critical role in scaling our US eCommerce business by defining and driving content programming strategies, ensuring alignment to business priorities, and enabling efficient, high-quality execution across studio operations.
You’ll sweep us off our feet if:
• You have deep expertise in Product Content Management and understand how to scale it across categories and programs
• You’re highly knowledgeable of industry/category trends and eCommerce markets and can apply insights to influence programming decisions
• You build strong, trusted relationships with cross-functional partners and can influence alignment on priorities and ways of working
• You’re highly organized and able to manage and prioritize multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
• You hold a high bar for quality and accountability and can drive consistency and adoption of standards across teams
• You have experience in eCommerce content and creative studio environments, with an understanding of end-to-end workflows
• You thrive in ambiguous environments and are energized by bringing structure, clarity, and direction at Fortune 1 scale
You’ll make an impact by:
Defining and driving the approach for content creation and production at scale, ensuring programming aligns to business priorities, customer experience goals, and operational capacity; owning the operating model and ensuring consistent execution across programs.
Translating business priorities into actionable programming strategies, aligning content plans to category needs, seasonal demand, and long-term growth initiatives.
Overseeing multiple content programs and workstreams end-to-end, ensuring alignment across timelines, briefs, communications, and deliverables; holding teams accountable to standards and driving consistency in execution across categories.
Leading strategic planning across large-scale initiatives, including special projects, brand refreshes, and key business priorities; driving prioritization, sequencing, and alignment between intake, timelines, and execution capacity.
Balancing intake, timelines, and execution capacity across programs, optimizing resource utilization and ensuring work is aligned to business priorities and delivered on time.
Evolving the content programming operating model, identifying opportunities to improve speed, quality, and scalability across workflows, tools, and cross-functional ways of working.
Driving cross-functional alignment and influence, partnering with Merchants, Private Brands, Creative, and Operations to align on priorities, tradeoffs, and standardized ways of working.
Resolving cross-functional challenges and removing blockers, ensuring progress across programs and maintaining momentum against key deliverables.
Shaping content and programming strategy through insights and performance data, identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive continuous improvement at scale.
Leading development of creative briefs and assets at a program level, ensuring outputs align to brand standards and business objectives.
Managing and developing team members, providing coaching, direction, and growth opportunities while building a high-performing team.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and standards, while reinforcing accountability and consistency across teams and modeling company values.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 3 years' experience in editorial content management or related field OR 5 years' experience in editorial content management or related field.
