Join Walmart’s Finance team as a Senior Manager supporting Operations and Supply Chain, with a strong focus on analytics. In this role, you’ll provide financial leadership and insights to optimize supply chain performance, improve cost efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making. You’ll partner closely with operations, logistics, and technology teams to build scalable analytical frameworks, influence strategic initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across the business.About the Team
You’ll be part of a high-impact finance team supporting Walmart’s Operations and Supply Chain organization. This team works cross-functionally with logistics, fulfillment, transportation, and technology partners to enhance efficiency, manage costs, and improve service levels. By leveraging data and analytics, the team plays a critical role in shaping operational strategy and ensuring the scalability of Walmart’s supply chain.
What you'll do...
- Provide financial leadership and analytical support for operations and supply chain initiatives, including logistics, fulfillment, and transportation.
- Build and enhance financial models, dashboards, and analytical tools to drive visibility into cost, performance, and key operational metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and recommend data-driven actions.
- Support financial planning processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for supply chain functions.
- Analyze variances and communicate key drivers, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
- Help design and implement processes and controls to ensure accuracy, transparency, and scalability in financial reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance reporting, streamline processes, and leverage advanced analytics.
- Strong background in finance, with experience supporting operations, supply chain, or a related field.
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience working with large datasets and translating insights into action.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to influence business decisions.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to senior leadership.
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive results in a fast-paced setting.
- Leadership experience, including mentoring and developing teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
1 year’s supervisory experience.
