The Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics plays a key role on the Responsible Sourcing Program Design team, leading third party audit program design and engagement. This role strengthens Walmart’s Responsible Sourcing program, provides thought leadership to drive continuous improvement, fosters cross team collaboration, and upholds the highest standards of integrity in support of regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

The Responsible Sourcing team is central to Walmart’s commitment to ethical, complaint, and sustainable global supply chains. Embedded within Supply Chain & Sourcing Compliance, the team works closely with internal partners and external stakeholders to manage labor, human rights, and environmental risks, while helping suppliers meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and internationally recognized expectations. The team leads global programs focused on issues such as forced labor prevention, responsible recruitment, and environmental compliance, translating policy into practical, scalable solutions that support responsible business practices across complex, international supply chains.

What you'll do...

As a leader in Supply Chain & Sourcing Compliance you'll make an impact by:
  • Maturing Walmart's Responsible Sourcing supplier audit program, including engaging with third-party audit program leadership to ensure Walmart’s compliance needs are met and/or exceeded on a timely basis.
  • Evaluating, and leading the implementation of new and/or emerging third-party audit programs designed to reduce supply chain risk.
  • Developing/launching scalable initiatives for our global teams to enhance traceability and reduce supply chains risk.
  • Convening and collaborating across Walmart and with external stakeholders to enhance shared interests in upstream supply chain traceability.
What You’ll Bring We're looking for:
Experience designing and managing strong compliance programs, including third‑party audits, monitoring supply chain risk, and providing training on key supply chain risks. Ability to juggle multiple projects with strong organization and discipline. Clear communicator who can convey program strategies to leadership and external stakeholders with ease. Expertise in process improvement, AI automation, and data‑driven analysis to address regulatory trends and evolving legislation.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in product development, operations management, manufacturing, sourcing, merchandising, public policy, corporate affairs, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in product development, operations management, manufacturing, sourcing, merchandising, public policy, corporate affairs, or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience.
