Position Summary...

The Manager of Security (overnight) leads physical security efforts by coordinating multidisciplinary response and leveraging resources to resolve critical events efficiently. This role develops and maintains strategic partnerships to enhance emergency preparedness and security programs, ensuring minimal business disruption and includes crisis and risk management. The manager conducts data-driven risk assessments, implements protective measures aligned with industry standards, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement among a core team of proprietary security professionals. Providing leadership and development opportunities, this position upholds company policies and ethics while promoting collaboration and accountability to safeguard people, assets, and operations across the organization.

About the team:

The Corporate Security team manages physical security operations across the Walmart corporate campus in Bentonville, Arkansas, ensuring a safe environment for associates, visitors, and guests. Acting as the primary first responder to critical incidents, the team coordinates emergency responses and security measures using professional expertise and security technology tools . They focus on risk assessment, crisis management, and incident response to protect people and assets. The team fosters strong partnerships and continuously improves security protocols to support business continuity and safety, demonstrating leadership and commitment to maintaining a secure workplace.

What you'll do...

  • Manage crisis events occurring overnight by coordinating responders and leveraging resources to ensure timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships to enhance emergency preparedness and response capabilities.
  • Conduct data-driven assessments of security risks to people, operations, and assets, translating findings into actionable business risk insights.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies aligned with industry standards and company policies to protect critical assets.
  • Supervise and develop security team members through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
