What you'll do:

• Provide financial decision support for supplier negotiations by delivering relevant data insights and risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain complex category-level forecasts, aligning projections with cross-functional inputs.
• Utilize data analytics and visualization tools to generate actionable merchandising insights and influence strategic decisions.
• Support budgeting processes by building financial targets and entering budget data into planning systems.
• Drive markdown management and vendor analysis to optimize category performance and profitability.
• Collaborate with merchant partners to develop assortment strategies and feature planning based on data-driven analysis.
• Lead post-modular performance reviews and present key financial metrics to leadership.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in business analytics and data-driven decision making within merchandising environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities and develop financial forecasts.
• Strong expertise in predictive modeling, performance analysis, and data visualization to influence strategic decisions.
• Skilled in supporting supplier negotiations through financial insights and risk assessment.
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional collaboration and drive category-level assortment and promotional strategies.
• Proficient in leveraging digital tools to enhance analytics, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
• Experience mentoring and developing team members while promoting high ethical standards and integrity.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
