The Staff Product Manager will lead data-driven product initiatives by analyzing trends, customer needs, and business objectives to develop and execute effective product strategies. About the team:
Our team oversees Operational and Health data across markets where Data Ventures' products operate, ensuring accurate sourcing and alignment with enterprise standards. We support consistent data use cases, sustain client relationships, and expand product offerings. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, we maintain data integrity and drive product growth. Leveraging expertise in product strategy, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making, the team enables informed product development and continuous improvement aligned with business goals. This collaborative environment fosters innovation and supports the delivery of impactful, data-driven solutions.
What you'll do:
  • Develop and own product roadmaps, prioritizing features and managing backlogs to align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Analyze product and feature data to derive insights, supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous product optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively.
  • Conduct customer research and journey mapping to identify pain points and improve product experiences.
  • Drive product development lifecycle activities, including MVP creation, testing, and iterative enhancements.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to inform product innovation and competitive positioning.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and manage dependencies to ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and MVP creation to support iterative product development.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
