What you'll do...
- Architect, design, and optimize scalable data pipelines and models for business analytics
- Identify, extract, and transform data from a variety of sources (SQL, NoSQL, cloud platforms) to support advanced analytics and reporting
- Implement and uphold data governance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex business needs into actionable data solutions and strategic recommendations
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, and provide training and support to end-users on data systems and best practices
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake, Google BigQuery)
- Deep expertise in ETL processes, data warehousing, and data modeling techniques for large-scale, enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of data governance, privacy, security, and compliance frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data flows, troubleshoot integration challenges, and propose scalable, efficient solutions
- Proven experience translating business requirements into robust technical deliverables and driving impactful outcomes

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related field. Option 2: 5 years’ experience insoftware engineering or related field. Option 3: Master's degree in Computer Science and 1 year’s experience in software engineering or related
