Position Summary...
As Director of Data Analytics for Walmart+ International, you will lead the analytics strategy and hands-on execution required to successfully launch and scale Walmart+ across global markets. This role blends deep individual contribution with people leadership—owning critical analytical workstreams while influencing cross-functional teams to build the right data and decisioning foundations. You will ensure each market is set up with the reporting, experimentation, and modeling capabilities needed to drive performance from day one, while adapting and scaling proven U.S. solutions globally.What you'll do...
- Own and execute the analytics strategy for Walmart+ international launches, from market readiness through post-launch optimization
- Develop analyses and models to inform acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies in new markets.
- Stand up and refine reporting frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to track membership performance across geographies.
- Partner with global tech teams to ensure data availability, instrumentation, and pipeline readiness for new market launches.
- Adapt and operationalize U.S.-developed models (e.g., propensity, churn, recommender systems, experimentation frameworks) for international use cases.
- Design and run experiments to evaluate pricing, benefits, messaging, and lifecycle interventions in new markets.
- Collaborate closely with in-market business teams to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive growth and member value.
- Synthesize and communicate insights into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Influence product and platform decisions to ensure analytics and data science capabilities are embedded into international experiences.
- Drive standardization and best practices across markets while allowing flexibility for local needs.

The Walmart+ Data Strategy & Analytics (DSA) team is the central engine that turns data into actionable insights to drive membership growth, engagement, and long-term value. Our team combines core analytics enablement (data pipelines, experimentation, governance, and reporting) with specialized data science teams focused on acquisition, engagement, and new benefit innovation.This role will extend those capabilities internationally, acting as the bridge between U.S.-based analytics foundations and in-market execution. You will work closely with US and in-market based stakeholders, as well as global tech partners to ensure consistent, scalable analytics while tailoring approaches to local market dynamics. With a lean team, this role is highly hands-on and execution-oriented, directly contributing to key strategic definitions, analyses, models, and frameworks. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
