Senior Manager, Project Management – SKE (Seasonal & Key Events) Location: Bentonville, AR Position Summary Love the energy of Black Friday, Back-to-School, and the holiday rush? As Senior Manager on the SKE team, you’ll lead project management for Walmart’s biggest seasonal moments and key events — the campaigns customers count on and competitors watch closely. You’ll turn ambitious cross-functional plans into flawlessly executed experiences that drive traffic, sales, and customer love at scale. About the team: SKE (Seasonal & Key Events) The SKE team sits at the heart of how Walmart shows up for customers during the moments that matter most — from holidays and tentpole events to category-defining seasonal launches. We operate as the connective tissue across Merchandising, Marketing, Site Experience, Operations, and Supply Chain, ensuring every event lands on time, on strategy, and on brand. This role directly impacts millions of customer journeys and meaningfully contributes to enterprise revenue goals. What you’ll do:

  • Identify risks and dependencies early, drive issue resolution, and escalate clearly to senior leadership when needed.
  • Run executive-ready status meetings, readouts, and retrospectives that keep stakeholders aligned and accountable.
  • Continuously evolve SKE playbooks, tools, and ways of working to scale event execution year over year.
What you’ll bring:
  • 5+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in retail, e-commerce, marketing, or seasonal/event-driven environments.
  • Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and tight, immovable deadlines.
  • Fluency in project management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or Workfront) and strong working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall approaches.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief senior leaders concisely.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification a plus.
