Specialist, Alarm CentralPosition Summary
· As a Specialist in Alarm Central, you’ll monitor security and life- safety alarm systems and respond in real time to help protect associates, customers, and facilities.
o You’ll investigate alarm activity, coordinate emergency response and escalation, and produce accurate documentation in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
o This role is fully onsite in Bentonville, AR (with potential temporary placement in Pineville, MO during disaster recovery) and works 3rd shift
About Alarm Central
· Alarm Central monitors security and life-safety alarm activity and coordinates response to incidents that impact associates, customers, and facilities. Working closely with field leaders and internal partners, the team ensures alarms are handled consistently and escalations happen quickly and correctly.
What you’ll do:
· Investigate alarm activations and contact fire services or police when appropriate.
· Notify field management and drive escalation using advisories and establishing response paths.
· Support associates during safety/security events, including in-home delivery incidents.
· Review alarm system activity and help ensure panel programming aligns with standards.
· Create clear incident reports and handle events per policy, from minor issues to major impacts.
What you’ll bring:
· Detail-oriented with strong judgment in time-sensitive situations.
· Experience with security /CCTV systems, dispatch, or emergency services (preferred).
· Able to work independently and follow procedures consistently.
· Clear communicator with field leaders, responders, and internal partners.
· Proficient typing/basic computer skills and customer service.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
