The Manager, Operations leads multiple work streams within the operations organization by designing and executing project plans, managing timelines, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. This role drives business efficiency through data analysis, process improvements, and innovative solutions that support operational goals. The manager oversees resource allocation, ensures compliance with company standards, and fosters strong stakeholder relationships to deliver measurable results. What you'll do...

About the team:

The Operations team ensures seamless daily execution across delivery networks by coordinating with stores, carriers, drivers, and internal partners. Focused on operational stability and service optimization, the team prevents disruptions while supporting fleet growth and maintaining operating margins. Utilizing data analysis, effective communication, and collaboration, members manage complex workflows and drive continuous improvement. Emphasizing accountability and proactive problem-solving, the team enhances efficiency and consistently meets business objectives, fostering a structured environment dedicated to delivering reliable and optimized operational performance. We are seeking to fill 4 roles to support operations from Sundays to Wednesdays and Wednesdays to Saturdays
What you'll do...

• Manage multiple operational work streams by designing project plans, organizing timelines, and facilitating stakeholder meetings to implement initiatives.
• Develop and communicate project requirements, status updates, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery and corrective actions.
• Analyze data to identify root causes, recommend solutions, and support decision-making aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, develop innovations, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee development of tools and reports, providing subject matter expertise and driving execution to meet performance metrics.
• Lead, mentor, and develop associates while ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
