Role summary:
The Senior Analyst, Replenishment and Inventory Solutions, plays a critical role in executing forecasting and inventory planning to ensure product availability and support sales objectives. This position involves analyzing supply chain data, collaborating with suppliers, and providing actionable insights to optimize inventory flow and address disruptions. The role supports cross-functional teams by delivering detailed root cause analyses, monitoring performance metrics, and recommending improvements to enhance inventory health and network efficiency. The analyst contributes to continuous process enhancements, leveraging data-driven strategies to align inventory management with business goals.
About the team:
The Merchandising Execution team ensures product availability across all shopping channels by translating assortment strategies into actionable inventory plans. Collaborating closely with Merchants, the team enhances inventory productivity, in-stock performance, and financial outcomes at an enterprise scale. Members apply expertise in inventory planning, forecasting, supply chain coordination, and data analysis to optimize product flow and address challenges promptly. This team drives critical decisions related to inventory, service, and profitability, contributing directly to an efficient and responsive customer experience through continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
What you'll do:
  • Execute forecasting and inventory planning to ensure product availability and support sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain launch forecasts, aligning product flows with modular timing and promotional windows.
  • Partner with suppliers to monitor purchase orders, flow plans, and identify potential disruptions.
  • Analyze inventory data to support allocation decisions and recommend solutions for limited availability.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on stock issues and develop reports to track improvement plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve inventory positioning and network efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process enhancements.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven expertise in inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment analysis to support product availability and sales goals.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret demand, supply chain, and inventory system data to identify risks and recommend solutions.
  • Experience conducting root cause analysis and exception reporting to address stock imbalances and improve inventory health.
  • Ability to build and maintain accurate forecasts and reports, supporting cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology and reporting tools to drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills to partner effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
