The team delivers change management services focused on merchandising and supplier tools, guiding users through each stage of the change lifecycle. They amplify initiatives and drive awareness to ensure successful adoption. Collaborating closely with internal and external partners, the team translates business needs into creative solutions. They support continuous improvement by providing expert guidance, fostering strong relationships, and aligning efforts to meet business goals. This team values integrity, accountability, and innovation to enhance customer experience and deliver impactful creative strategies.
What you'll do:
  • Work alongside team members to enhance creative offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to translate business needs into effective creative solutions.
  • Review creative briefs and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Manage creative projects, monitor progress, and communicate status to leadership.
  • Provide expert guidance on creative strategies, innovation, and customer experience improvements.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to support business objectives and campaign alignment.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven expertise in creative strategies and brand management to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand standards.
  • Strong project management skills, including budget oversight and status reporting to leadership.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and design principles to support creative asset development and review.
  • Aptitude for analyzing customer experience trends and contributing to innovative creative solutions.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 1 year's experience in interactive design,
editorial content management, or related field OR 3 years' experience in interactive design, editorial content management, or related field.
