This role oversees talent development/succession planning, performance management, organizational design and transformation, and change. By leveraging data analysis and fostering collaborative partnerships, the position drives continuous improvement and operational excellence. The Senior Manager operates as a strategic advisor to executive leaders, providing coaching and mentorship to build high-performing teams, promote ethical standards, and supports a positive workplace culture that enables associates to thrive and deliver exceptional results aligned with company values.About the team:

What you'll do...
This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and people strategy. As a Senior Manager, People Partner, you’ll operate as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business priorities into talent strategies that unlock performance, capability, and growth. You’ll
- Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
- Enable large-scale transformation through organizational design efforts, including operating model development, spans and layers optimization, and workflow analysis.
- Diagnose organizational challenges and implement solutions that improve effectiveness, speed, and clarity.
- Translate complex talent topics into clear, actional able insights tied to business performance.
- Design and operationalize succession strategies tied to critical roles and evolving business needs.
- Supervise and develop associates through training, mentoring, performance evaluations, and recognition.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by providing guidance and training.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Define and implement people strategies aligned with business goals and organizational change initiatives.
- Analyze people and business data to inform decisions, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of information.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline work and enhance decisions-making in day-to-day people processes and practices.

- Strong expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
