  • Drive workforce management strategy by analyzing trends, evaluating competitive landscapes, and developing future-state roadmaps
  • Lead development of analytics tools, statistical models, and data infrastructure to support business decision-making
  • Oversee data governance and analytics execution, ensuring accuracy, usability, and actionable insights across large datasets
  • Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Translate complex data into business recommendations, influencing stakeholders and driving measurable outcomes
What You’ll Bring…
  • Experience building and scaling data models, analytics tools, and reporting infrastructure in complex environments
  • Strong ability to translate data insights into strategic business recommendations and operational improvements
  • Expertise in workforce planning analytics, data mining, and large dataset synthesis
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across multiple levels
  • Knowledge of data governance, compliance standards, and best practices in analytics execution

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
