The team leads the support and enablement of systems management, aligning operations with business goals and evolving hiring needs. They optimize recruiting and talent systems to enhance stakeholder experience while collaborating with HR, Recruiting, IT, and cross-functional partners. Focused on operational excellence, the team ensures data integrity, system security, and compliance with policies and industry standards. Utilizing data-driven insights, they refine system performance, streamline workflows, and advance organizational talent systems through effective resource management and proactive leadership to deliver measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
What you'll do...
- Lead development and improvement of multiple projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business initiatives and support segment strategy.
- Manage resource capacity, prioritization, and assignments to optimize operational effectiveness across the implementation portfolio.
- Deploy leadership methodologies and operational processes by evaluating performance, identifying improvements, and ensuring sustainable, executable solutions.
- Analyze business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement strategic plans, incorporating cost forecasts and resource requirements.
- Foster continuous improvement and operational excellence through cross-functional collaboration and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a skilled workforce by supporting talent development, mentorship, and succession planning.
- Promote integrity, ethics, and compliance while modeling company values and driving a positive associate and customer experience.
- Lead the support, enablement, and day-to-day management of talent systems to ensure alignment with business goals and hiring needs
- Optimize system performance and functionality to enhance systems
- Partner with HR, Recruiting, IT, and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and scalable solutions ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements to maintain reliability and efficiency
- Leverage data and analytics to generate insights, inform decisions, and improve system and process performance
- Streamline workflows and identify opportunities to increase efficiency across talent operations
- Provide proactive leadership, driving innovation and continuous improvement across talent systems and processes

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
