Position Summary...

- Own KPI definitions, data accuracy, and performance reporting
- Deliver executive-ready dashboards and insights for WBRs, MBRs, and in-week execution
- Translate operational data into clear trends, risks, and actions
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards, analytics pipelines, and forecasting views
- Apply AI and advanced analytics to surface patterns, automate insights, and improve decision speed
- Partner closely with Operations, Business Support, Product, and Engineering

- Advanced proficiency in SQL for large, complex datasets (joins, window functions, CTEs, query optimization)
- Experience working with distributed data systems and cloud platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, Google BigQuery, Azure)
- Hands-on experience with enterprise BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Ability to design executive-level dashboards and operational reporting, including KPI tracking (throughput, cycle time, fill rate, labor productivity) with drill-down and self-service capabilities
- Experience defining and maintaining clean, reliable operational KPIs, with familiarity in data governance and cross-functional partnership
- Experience using AI, advanced analytics, and forecasting techniques to identify patterns, predict trends, and inform forward-looking decisions
- Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum), with hands-on experience managing JIRA workflows, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning
- Leadership experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable operating in high-visibility forums

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
