About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management to drive end-to-end supply chain performance across one of the largest and most complex transportation networks in the country. This role sits within a team responsible for supporting a nationwide fleet of ~17,000 drivers and managing the flow of inbound freight across distribution centers and fulfillment networks.
This is a newly created role driven by rapid growth in eCommerce and evolving fulfillment strategies. The individual will play a critical role in shaping operational processes, improving network efficiency, and leading high-impact initiatives across the supply chain.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure efficient merchandise flow across distribution and fulfillment networks
- Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement
- Lead resolution of daily operational issues and escalations across transportation, inventory, and fulfillment
- Partner cross-functionally with transportation, store operations, and supply chain stakeholders to improve performance
- Track movement of goods and proactively address disruptions, constraints, and exceptions
- Drive execution of new eCommerce and fulfillment initiatives
- Influence stakeholders to adopt process improvements and achieve operational goals
- Develop and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
- Support supplier compliance processes, performance reviews, and scorecards
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve service levels using lean and continuous improvement methodologies
Key Responsibilities
- Drive supply chain execution by optimizing flow paths from supplier to store
- Identify and resolve shipping, receiving, inventory, and return-related issues
- Monitor network performance and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate across teams to align on sales, inventory, and profitability goals
- Lead process improvement initiatives and support new ways of working
- Ensure alignment with operational standards, compliance requirements, and company policies

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
