Position Summary...

The purpose of this role is to serve as the single-threaded owner of Walmart Preferred Carrier strategy and performance, with end-to-end accountability for business outcomes, carrier program economics, and cross-functional execution. This person will define the strategic roadmap, own the P&L, and partner closely with Product, Transportation Operations, Account Management, GTM, Seller Support, Procurement, and Finance teams to design and scale carrier solutions, deliver service rollouts, and improve seller adoption and experience.

What you'll do...

• Own end-to-end strategy for the Walmart Preferred Carrier program, including vision, value proposition, and long-term growth plan.
• Partner with Finance to lead program P&L and business performance, including financial outcomes, adoption, and operational success metrics.
• Partner with Product to define and prioritize the product and service roadmap required to support program goals.
• Drive rollout of seller-facing features, operational capabilities, and service enhancements tied to the Preferred Carrier experience.
• Serve as the primary business owner for seller experience, identifying friction points and championing improvements that increase adoption and satisfaction.
• Identify and evaluate expansion opportunities that drive seller adoption and strengthen WPC program value and business impacts.

• XBR (WBR, MBR, and QBR) Review across functional team

• AOP Goal Setting and Weekly/Monthly Product Team review
• Peak Inbound Strategy
• Transportation Capacity Management with Transportation Team
• Capacity Procurement Review and lane-level procurement strategy (Loadboard vs Contract Lanes)

Bellevue, Washington US-11663 | Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
