About the team:
The team provides operational guidance and support across financial services, AML compliance, gift card merchants, field operations, asset protection, and corporate investigations. They develop and deliver training programs, travel to stores to implement initiatives, and create communication materials to enhance operational effectiveness. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, the team drives business efficiency and supports continuous improvement. Their efforts ensure alignment with organizational goals while fostering strong partnerships and delivering consistent operational direction to meet evolving business needs.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
