What you'll do:

• Analyze and scope business and technical requirements to support solution design and development.
• Develop, configure, and maintain software components following coding standards and best practices.
• Create and execute test cases to ensure code quality and identify defects.
• Implement automation scripts to streamline continuous integration and delivery processes.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply corrective actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align development efforts with business objectives.
• Maintain documentation and traceability matrices to support project transparency and compliance.
• Continuously learn emerging technologies to enhance software solutions and processes.
• Mentor and guide small engineering teams, including offshore associates, to meet project goals

What you'll bring:

• Proficient in .NET Framework with C# and SQL databases, including writing complex queries to meet business requirements.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, including requirement scoping, user story creation, and iterative development.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, automation scripting, and telemetry implementation.
• Proficiency in debugging, defect management, and root cause analysis to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable software solutions.
• Familiarity with software testing strategies, tools, and execution of comprehensive test cases.
• Demonstrated capability to monitor application performance and apply corrective and adaptive maintenance.
• Implement automation scripts and telemetry features to enhance monitoring

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
