Senior Analyst, Business Analysis and Insights
The Senior Analyst, Business Analysis and Insights, plays a critical role in delivering accurate, data-driven analysis to support strategic business decisions. This position involves evaluating financial data, key performance indicators, and trends to provide actionable insights and expert guidance. The role requires collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure consistent application of analytical best practices and supports the development and execution of business solutions. The analyst also manages reporting processes, monitors compliance, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that align with organizational goals and operational efficiency.
About the Team:
The Transaction Management & Insights team leads transaction execution across Facility Services by applying disciplined processes and delivering consistent outcomes. The team empowers stakeholders with actionable insights and minimizes rework through accuracy and standard work. Focused on clear communication and data-driven analysis, the team supports Facilities leadership with forward-looking knowledge to anticipate change and drive industry leadership. By leveraging business intelligence tools and key performance indicators, the team ensures efficient, compliant operations and fosters collaboration to provide expert guidance and innovative solutions that enhance decision-making and operational excellence. Location: This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville, AR
What you'll do:
  • Analyze and validate data accuracy by comparing internal information with third-party sources, budgets, and actual results.
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting and key performance indicators analysis to support business strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver consistent, data-driven insights and expert guidance on best practices.
  • Prepare and communicate reports, supporting documentation, and recommendations to inform decision-making.
  • Monitor business processes for efficiency and compliance, managing workflows and controls across functions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and adapting to organizational changes.
  • Extract, consolidate, and analyze data using tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to address business needs.

What you'll bring:
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to align strategies and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Demonstrated skill in evaluating trends, analyzing risks, and ensuring accuracy in financial and operational data.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex analytical findings clearly to multiple audiences.
  • Proven expertise in data analysis, financial reporting, and experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization to extract, consolidate, and present actionable insights.
  • Experience documenting business requirements and developing reporting to monitor key performance indicators.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
