About the team:
The Specialized Analytics Solutions team within Workforce Intelligence & Insights delivers impactful workforce analytics that guide enterprise decisions. This team addresses complex questions on associate experience using trusted data, advanced analytics, and emerging AI capabilities. Collaborating closely with leadership, they provide deep insights, scalable solutions, and clear narratives that drive action across headcount, hiring, retention, engagement, and productivity. The team combines analytical rigor, business partnership, and storytelling with an emphasis on curiosity, sound judgment, and ownership. Associates are expected to shape decisions, influence strategy, and continuously elevate the role of analytics in decision-making at scale.
What you'll do:
- Identify, validate, and integrate data sources aligned with business requirements and quality standards.
- Perform data cleansing, profiling, and quality assessments to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to communicate insights effectively.
- Frame ambiguous business problems and translate them into data-driven solutions leveraging SQL, big data analytics, Dataiku, and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business context, surface insights, and provide actionable recommendations driving key decisions.
- Support data governance by adhering to data management and quality frameworks.
- Continuously evaluate, discover, and improve analytics processes to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Mentor team members on data visualization techniques and best practices.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in data analysis, data cleansing, and visualization using tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Dataiku.
- Proficiency in big data environments and managing data quality standards to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Strong knowledge of data management principles, including governance, storage, and scalability within cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable data solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
- Expertise in exploratory data analysis and statistical techniques to identify trends and support decision-making, with curiosity to question, refine, and improve analytics processes.
- Effective communication skills to present insights and influence stakeholders across multiple business domains.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
