Role summary:As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs. This role involves managing product roadmaps, driving data-informed decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. You will oversee product lifecycle activities, prioritize features, and guide stakeholder alignment while leveraging emerging technologies and industry best practices. About the team:
The Data Capabilities team within Data Ventures manages sourcing of key supplier dimensions such as Item, Store, and Calendar from Systems of Origin. The team oversees Access Management for Scintilla, specifically Channel Performance and Headless products. They focus on agentic enhancements and maintain internal dashboards that support Insights and Analytics. This role will extend these capabilities to data within Sam’s Club, ensuring consistent engagement and data-driven product management. The team collaborates closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions, leveraging product strategy, roadmaps, and data-driven decision-making to support business objectives and innovation.
What you'll do:
- Develop and own product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Analyze product and feature data to derive insights that inform strategic decisions and optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to prioritize backlog and manage product rollouts.
- Conduct customer journey mapping and research to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced experiences.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and performance metrics clearly to internal teams and leadership.
- Drive product development using Agile methodologies, including MVP creation and iterative enhancements.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to inform innovation and competitive positioning.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in product strategy development and roadmap management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to build alignment and influence decisions.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision making, including product and feature analytics.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to product innovation.
- Ability to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Experience with product requirements documentation and agile product development methodologies.
- Capability to independently manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and optimize product rollouts.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
