What you'll do...Design and Develop Learning Solutions
- Create scalable, high-impact learning experiences for frontline audiences
- Translate business needs into engaging asynchronous and in-person learning programs.
- Apply instructional design concepts to create learner-focused solutions.
- Use authoring tools and multimedia platforms to produce high-quality learning assets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders across stores and supply chain teams.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Translate stakeholder input into actionable learning objectives and content strategies.
- Facilitate regular check-ins and feedback loops to ensure alignment and responsiveness.
- Develop detailed project plans based on target launch dates and deadlines.
- Adhere to project timeline and communicate blockers.
- Proven experience in developing and executing learning and development strategies aligned with business goals.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to build and maintain effective partnerships across functions.
- Expertise in instructional design and content development for varied learning environments.
- Ability to measure program effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate with leadership and teams.
- Previous experience working in a store our supply chain facility as a salaried leader.
- Experience in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or AEM.
