About the team:
The team manages third-party contracting, sourcing, and invoicing to enhance operational efficiency. They coordinate project plans, timelines, and deliverables while collaborating with stakeholders to implement initiatives aligned with business goals. Emphasizing accountability and adaptability, the team ensures accurate data management and effective communication across functions. By continuously improving operational processes and resource allocation, they contribute to cost reduction and improved service delivery. This group plays a key role in executing strategies that support organizational objectives and uphold high standards in project and operations management.
What you'll do:

• Manage multiple operational work streams by designing project plans, organizing timelines, and facilitating stakeholder meetings to implement initiatives.
• Develop and communicate project requirements, status updates, and resource allocations to key stakeholders.
• Analyze data to identify root causes, recommend solutions, and support decision-making aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, develop innovations, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee project execution, taking corrective actions to ensure timely delivery and achievement of results.
• Lead and mentor associates, fostering accountability and continuous development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting a culture of integrity and high performance.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
