Position Summary...

The Senior Manager, Program Management leads the execution of complex business initiatives by aligning priorities, removing obstacles, and driving performance improvements. Focused on Walmart+ members, the team drives program execution, process improvements, and strategic initiatives to enhance member experiences and operational efficiency. Partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, it ensures alignment with business goals and supports informed decision-making. Emphasizing strong communication, effective program management, and continuous learning, the team delivers measurable results that support Walmart+ in becoming an the most essential membership.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
