The Senior Manager, Program Management leads the execution of complex business initiatives by aligning priorities, removing obstacles, and driving performance improvements. Lead execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, developing priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
Collaborate with senior leaders to define goals, assess risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing processes, recommending enhancements, and overseeing implementation aligned with company strategy.
Evaluate program performance using key metrics and feedback, adjusting plans to meet business objectives effectively.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance service and product capabilities while ensuring compliance with company policies.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
