Position Summary...

The Senior Manager, Construction, oversees multiple construction projects by managing budgets, schedules, and contractor performance to ensure quality and compliance with regulations. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to address project scope, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with operational needs. What you'll do...

• Oversee construction budgets by reviewing preconstruction estimates, tracking reports, and approving payments, change orders, and invoices to ensure financial accuracy.
• Monitor compliance with laws and regulations, enforcing performance standards and addressing noncompliance with contractors and teams.
• Manage multiple construction projects by coordinating schedules, resolving conflicts, and liaising with municipalities to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with facility management to align project scope and schedules, minimizing operational impact and ensuring milestone achievement.
• Supervise and develop associates through training, mentoring, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and drive continuous improvement to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
