Position Summary...
This role is part of Walmart International Global Operations & Platforms and focuses on accelerating omni channel execution across markets. The role partners with markets, platforms, and operations teams to reduce friction, improve productivity, and enable consistent fulfillment experiences that support speed, reliability, and “perfect order” outcomes across the International network.About The Team
This role sits within Walmart International Global Operations & Platforms and helps enable a scalable, disciplined operating model across markets. The role supports consistent governance, clear decision rights, and performance visibility by translating data and AI enabled insights into actions that drive accountability, speed, and better outcomes across International markets and platforms.
What you'll do...
- Develops and drives the project management office strategy by creating and maintaining project evaluation tools, methods, and performance dashboards; overseeing the development, refinement, and implementation of project management methodologies, toolkits, and practices; driving timely project progression and completion; reviewing return on investment and financial impact analysis and data to propose strategies to senior leadership; and leading the development of communication and change frameworks to drive change management processes globally.
- Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.
- Directs strategic development, planning, and execution of projects by leading team to drive project and business performance; leading project documentation efforts; reviewing and determining current process and value gaps and their impact on projects and company strategic objectives; identifying strategic issues and developing coordinated responses; leading the development of mitigating strategies and actions; monitoring and reporting on financial goals; analyzing budgetary needs and gaining approval; managing resources to adequately support the current and future needs; and collaborating in the development and implementation of training and communication strategies.
- Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent.
- Oversees current and forecasted projects by reviewing project work plans; reviewing and selecting proposed projects; ensuring project objectives are aligned with overall program goals; forecasting and managing internal project resources; identifying project milestones, expenditures, and costs against project schedules and budgets; and leading projects and communicating status to key stakeholders.
- Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the Open Door Policy.
- Develops and leads multiple cross-functional projects by anticipating and understanding current process and value gaps; benchmarking industry best practices; utilizing multiple methodologies to leverage data in order to inform business decisions; ensuring data accuracy and credibility; managing efforts to support sustainable best practices and complex, organization-wide projects; managing expectations of program and project leadership; and adjusting approaches in response to changing business demands.
- Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals by sponsoring and leading key community outreach and involvement initiatives; engaging key stakeholders in the development, execution, and evaluation of appropriate business plans and initiatives; and supporting associate efforts in these areas.
- Directs project oversight and governance by establishing a project decision framework; identifying and driving cross-functional collaborating and buyin; ensuring role definition and clarity
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 6 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area
- 4 years’ supervisory experience
- 5 years’ project management experience.
- Project Management and/or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Willingness to travel internationally to and from multiple facilities or work-sites requiring extended overnight stays

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
